Shipping policy

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

Orders are shipped between business working hours of Tuesday – Friday and are usually dispatched within 72 business hours of your order being placed. Orders are dispatched via a tracked service. UK delivery times are estimated as receipt of goods within 48hrs. Please refer to your tracking information for more details.

Please note pre-orders will ship on advertised dates of the product you are ordering.

Do you ship worldwide?

International orders will also follow the same tracked service but can take up to 21 business days, excluding any customs delays, from the date of dispatch. International orders are also insured; however, the customer remains responsible for any customs or import taxes.

Where is my order?

If you've received a dispatch email advising that your order is on its way, you'll be able to track it using the link received. If you require further assistance, please contact us using the options found at the bottom of the front page of the website. Do you deliver to any address?

Yes. The ability to specify a different shipping address means orders can be received at work and elsewhere.
